Minutes of Unit 145 Annual Meeting

October 24, 2009

The meeting was called to order by Joe Brouillard, President

The Unit status was presented. Unit 145 has 547 members, representing a 5% increase. The Unit is in good financial position.

The current Board of Director members were thanked for their service: Lois DeBlois, Sue Erwin, Brenda Iemma, Judy Biegner, Bob Erwin, Dana Lamparski, Bill Lang, Nancy O’Donnell, David Prentiss, Kathy Thornton, Nancy Rosenbaum, Chris DelSesto and Bill Shockley.

The next sectional will be held January 30^th and 31^st 2010 at the Johnston Senior Center.

The 2014 New England Nationals may be held in Providence.

Ace of Clubs awards were presented.

MiniMcKenney awards were presented.

Brenda Iemma was presented an award for her service to the Unit.

Joe Brouillard was presented an award for his service as President of the Unit and for his efforts as Tournament Manager.

The Election Slate was presented by the Nominating Committee Chair, Judy Biegner.

The slate was voted in unanimously.
