Minutes of Unit 145 Board Meeting
The Meeting was called to order at
Board Members present:
Bill Lang, Joe Brouillard, Judy Biegner, Bill
Shockley, Dave Prentiss, Bob Erwin, and Sue Erwin.

The Treasurer’s Report was presented by Joe
Brouillard. All accounts are up to
date. A detailed accounting of all
expenditures and income for the 2006 year was presented to the board and
discussed. The January sectional was run
at a small loss ($87.09).
Regarding the current status of Board Members:
1. Graeme Bell has transferred to another unit.
2. Brenda Iemma and
Fred Rogler need to be contacted on status.
3.
Joe Brouillard may need to be replaced as Treasurer because he may be
moving out of the area.
4.
We need some new ACTIVE board members.
In particular, we need a new Tournament chairperson and Treasurer.
The March sectional has been cancelled. We have lost usage of the Buttonwoods
facility due to problems with the town/janitorial staff/facility costs. We have begun searching for a new site for
sectionals. So far, no luck; however, we
are looking for suggestions. . .
Bob Erwin has copies of the handbooks for distribution.
The Bylaws were approved at the Gala in October; should be
going on the website.
We now have a storage unit for storing tables, bidding
boxes, and other equipment necessary for sectionals. Joe Brouillard says that a debit card is
available for paying for the storage.
The next meeting will be in May.
