accepted without change.
The
Treasurer’s Report was presented by Joe Brouillard and accepted. All accounts are up to date. Receipts were up from the September/October
sectional due to having only one director. Expenses for the gala were less than expected
due to having the meal early enough to be considered a lunch rate rather than a

email addresses for the unit from the ACBL.
It would save money for the unit to email notices rather than use
postage. Further discussion about
obtaining email addresses to follow. Sue
Erwin has Sue Miguel’s list of email addresses which would expand our list.
Membership Directory: It is currently online. This information will be forwarded to Bob Erwin
who will get a directory printed for the January sectional. They will be handed out then by someone
sitting at the sandwich order table who will keep
track of who has received one. Others

Unit charity: Judy Biegner discussed
charities. Joe Brouillard estimated that
we would have over $300 in our unit charity fund for 2006. A motion was made and seconded to match the
money in our charity fund from the unit treasury for 2006. It passed unanimously. It was agreed that our donation would be
equally divided between the NICU at the Hasbro Children’s Hospital and the East
Bay Head Start, both of which would use donations effectively).
