Minutes of Unit 145 Board Meeting
Vice
President Bob Erwin called the meeting to order at 7:50 pm. Those present
included Bob and Sue Erwin, Judy Biegner, Arlene Roberti, Bill Niemi, Nancy
O’Donnell and Maureen Johnson. Bob Erwin reviewed concerns about the office of
the President. The floor was open to comment of which there was none.
Bob
Erwin will be assume the role of President and notify the District and the ACBL
of the change in leadership.
The
Treasurer’s position was also discussed with a suggestion that the Secretary
assume the role of Treasurer in the future to better justify the compensation
for that position.
The
need for additional board members was also discussed.
It
was agreed to have further discussions on these matters before taking action.
The
meeting was adjourned at 8:05pm.
